Eagle Fly – 25 minutes

After a stormy night, a farmer, searching for his lost calf, finds a baby eagle that has been blown out of its nest. He takes it home and raises it with his chickens. When a friend comes to visit one day, he tells the farmer that an eagle should be flying high in the sky, not staying on the ground
Twice, the farmer’s friend tries to get the eagle to fly, but it sees the chickens on the ground and drops down each time. At last the friend, followed by the farmer, carries the young eagle back into the mountains and places the great bird on a rocky ledge, just before sunrise so that it can finally fly. This simply told yet dramatic story from Africa will delight children everywhere and encourage them to “lift off and soar,” as Archbishop Tutu puts it in his foreword. 

The Bossy Boulder- 20 minutes

The Bossy Boulder is on top of the world when Time and Change push him off his high place. His world crumbles and his is broken. Again and again he falls and breaks. He goes through the stages of grief and as he gets smaller he comes to acceptance. Soon he is sand among sand; no bigger no smaller–only then does he realize that he is one with the mountain.

The Blind Man- 15 minutes

A young man marries a women who brother is blind. The young man takes the blind man hunting. During the hunting trip the young man betrays the blind man. After this he learns a lesson about always being honest and how we can live in a world without fighting.

Juliet Thompson, a portrait painter meets Abdul’baha and struggles to obey A Cup of Tea” is about a fictitious character that meets Abdu’l-Baha, through a New york artist Juliet Thompson. Abdu’lBahá’s life was devoted to furthering His Father’s Faith and to promoting the ideals of peace and unity. The women is upper class, snobbish, and prejudiced, she is not prepared to change her life sufficiently to adopt Abdu’l-Baha’s teachings. Yet she is profoundly influenced by this imaginary meeting with Him.
