Vahid in the course of three interviews became a devout follower of the Bab who later gave his life for the Cause

A Cup of Tea” is about a fictitious character that meets Abdu’l-Baha, through a New york artist Juliet Thompson. Abdu’l–Bahá’s life was devoted to furthering His Father’s Faith and to promoting the ideals of peace and unity. The women is upper class, snobbish, and prejudiced, she is not prepared to change her life sufficiently to adopt Abdu’l-Baha’s teachings. Yet she is profoundly influenced by this imaginary meeting with Him.
